Thanks to John, our terminally ill cat Isabelle was able to pass away peacefully at home on her blanket on her favourite spot in the couch instead of in a vet's office.Thank you John for your kindness and compassion.

Dr. Pollock was the perfect person to call for our in-home visit to euthanize our cat. He was very patient and gave lots of time for our boys to say their last goodbyes. Dr. Pollock was absolutely meant for this job, he has a warm demeanor and kind heart.

Dr Pollock was able to come to my home to let my beloved bunny go to sleep with virtually no notice.for which I am eternally grateful. The other vets who come to your home for this don't work with bunnies or farm animals.So I was so fortunate to.have found John He was so caring and gentle and explained everything in a calm clear way . I felt he respected my precious bunny and my griefI didnt feel rushed at all with Dr Pollock. He allowed me the time I needed to.go through the process, and my beloved sweet bunny fell to his forever sleep in my arms with no stress or fear .I know the last thing my bunny felt and heard was my arms around him and my singing to him and the sounds and smells of his home . And it made the world of difference to me and my bunnyI would recommend Dr Pollock for any kind of vet visit. He is so knowledgeable and as importantly , so very compassionate. Such a lovely way to say goodbye to a petVery helpful in explaining what would happen and very gentle in helping our cat pass on and leave pain behind. So much better doing this in home rather than at a vet clinic.

Dr. Pollock provided kind, compassionate care in the comfort of our own home. Seems very much supportive of pet owners making their own informed decisions vs. hurriedly pushing for diagnostics or treatment. By far the best veterinarian experience we have had in all our years of pet ownership!

Dr Pollock is so kind. He even interrupted his lunch to help us out. Within hours of contacting him, we had the medicine we needed for our very sick chicken. My son raised her from a chick and so was very happy and relieved to see her make a quick recovery and get back to living her best chicken life.

I can’t thank you enough for your compassion and understanding John. Our lovely Lisa had a stroke/seizure this morning and you were available within an hour to euthanize her. I wouldn’t have wanted her to go through another one. Bless you

We just had Dr. Pollock come and exam our aging cat and to clip some infected nails. We can't say enough good things about his care and calmness with a scared cat, and his patience in answering all our questions. So much better for our cat to be cared for at home.We love Dr. Pollock! I hate to recommend him because he'll just get busier! :o)
