After calling 10 local vet offices, VC South Whitby had the best experience over the phone as well as good understandable answers to my questions. At our first visit the areas were very clean. Overall this clinic is a great caring environment. Dr. B. Is very knowledgeable and understanding and Carolyn is possibly the greatest assistant in the industry.

Had a first visit with our new puppy today. Carolynn and Dr. Mortimer were fantastic. They're knowledgeable, personable and genuinely kind, they made arrangements in their schedule to see us in short notice. we looking forward to bringing in our older dog to meet them soon as well!

We've been taking our dog Bill" here since getting him four years ago. Dan and his staff have been so great. From minor health issues to a couple of pretty major scares they have treated my best little buddy better than I could have ever hoped for. Best vet in Durham."

I started taking my dog to their baldwin animal hospital location initially, until i realized south whitby vet was also owned by them which is when i switched over as it is closer to my house. They have taken great, kind care of my dog Rocky. I feel that they do what they feel is necessary, without making me feel pressured to perform certain tests/procedures. They have supported decisions i have made for rocky and i know that they will continue to take great care of him.

My main vet, and the best one I've had so far. The secretaries especially are always so kind, quick to respond to emails and personable. My cat, and two dogs are well taken care of and I never felt pressured into treatments that weren't necessary

We come here for our puppy. The staff is super friendly and caring. We had problems with our puppy and the receptionist called us every few days to check in and to give us some advice. Doctor Dan is friendly as well and has a good understanding of your animal and informs you of all things going on with your pet
